In the lead up to the Erica 3 Hour Enduro at the end of October, there will be a trail maintenance day held on Sunday October 9th at Erica.

People are to meet at the rotunda in Erica at the corner of the Moe-Erica Road and Station Street at 9:00. Items to bring are tools for trimming bracken and trail maintenance tools such as rake hoes, spades, etc. If you do not have any tools and still wish to help then the club has some that can be borrowed on the day.

If we can get enough numbers to the trail maintenance day then we could possibly build a new loop to bypass the steep climb on Axemen that people were pushing up at last year. If you don’t remember this climb then you did not do the race last year!

After the disappointing turn out to the Nowa Nowa trail maintenance day, we will be offering free entry to the Erica 3 Hour Enduro to the first 10 people to register and then turn up to the trail maintenance day. To register, simply send a stamped, self addressed email to events@gippslandmtb.com.au
