Thanks to all the volunteers that helped out with the National DH Event held up at Mt Baw Baw. It was a successful event but unfortunately we need to straight away support the Victorian DH Event in March at Mt Baw Baw. The National event was run by MTBA with our assistance; however the Victorian round is run only by our club so we need all the support that we can get from our members.

These events are going to be a great opportunity to showcase our Club to the riders of the State.  At the same time, any profit that we make, will go towards infrastructure that will benefit ALL Club members.

To make it all work – we need volunteers.

We need track marshals, drivers, administration, etc over the two days of the event (Saturday March 5th and Sunday March 6th).

Melissa Cosson is our volunteer coordinator for this event.  You can volunteer for a whole day, half a day, 2 full days – whatever you choose.  If you have any friends/relatives/neighbours who’d like to help, they are more than welcome (volunteer accommodation may be able to be provided free of charge for those that need to stay overnight). Not only will you be helping out YOUR Club but you’ll also get to see some of the best downhill riders in Australia in action.

Finally, we’re hosting a round of the State XC Enduro Series in July at Blores Hill so we’ll be after more volunteers then.
