Volunteers Required for Downhill Event

Volunteer Jobs to fill at Mt Taylor

 

1x Spotter on Finish Line (SUNDAY) 11am til race completion (approx. 4pm)

1x Rider Herder at Start line (SUNDAY) 11am til race completion (approx 4pm)

1 x Timing/Data entry (all weekend when needed – Greame Trewern)

15 x Drivers (to rotate) for Sat and Sun (SAT 9 drivers from 9.30 -1.00, 9 drivers 1.00-4.30), (SUN 9 drivers from 7.30am – 12.00, 6 drivers from 12.00-4.00 approx.) LENNY/JOHNO/ROSS MORRIS/ROGER NEWGREEN/ADAM VERRALL/

10 x Track Marshals (to rotate)(5 x AM shift  9.30-12.00 and 5 x PM Shift  12.00-4.30 SATURDAY), (5 x AM shift  7.30-12.00 and 5 x PM Shift  12.00-4.30 SUNDAY) LEWIS KERR, DAN BARRETT

1 x Race Director (KINGY)

3 x Registration (SIMONE, MELISSA, JULIE)

1 x Parking Attendant (PHIL BARRETT)

1 x Lolly Pop Crossing Person (to rotate) for Road Crossing

As many volunteers for clean-up the venue after the event so we can leave Mt Taylor in a clean state and all have a well deserved beverage!
