Yesterday, we were deeply saddened and shocked to learn of the death of one of our Gippsland MTB members, Eamonn Flahavin, in a motor vehicle accident.
To Eamonn’s mum Liz, and his sister Dana, we extend our heartfelt sympathies.
His presence at downhill events and working bee weekends will be missed deeply by all who knew him and rode with him. 
Eamonn was a great mate to many, a ‘one of a kind’ kind of guy with a fantastic sense of humour and endless energy. 
Ride in peace our friend.  Never forgotten.
