Due to the implementation of a new MTBA policy, all Club events are required to have a Level 1 Commissaire as of July 1, 2012.

To become a level 1 commissaire, you simply need to complete an online training course. So to try to assist in this process and ensure that the club has a number of people who can fill this position at events we will be running a group session.

Unlike state events, a Commissaire at a club event will still be able to race. So being a competitor is not a limiting factor for this course.

This session will be help on Tuesday July 3rd starting at 6pm at Kosciuszko St Primary School in Traralgon. Entry will be main doors off Catterick Cres. If you wish to attend you will need to be able to log into the online MTBA system (https://www.registernow.com.au/mtba). If you can’t access this system you may need to contact MTBA to get your email address updated.

To register your interest, send us an email to events@gippslandmtb.com.au. You can complete the course in your own time at home, but we thought it would be more fun to do it as a group to knock over a few people at once.

If we don’t have people undertake this course then we would be able to run events!
